Robb is personally involved in the restaurant’s day-to-day operation.
Professionally, Robb is an entrepreneur, leadership coach, mentor, and public speaker.
Robb opened, and has owned and operated the Niceville restaurant for almost 8 years, leading a staff of 60+ team members. His relationship with the Chick-fil-A brand is in its 17th year. Robb started his time with Chick-fil-A in the Memphis, TN market owning and operating his first restaurant for almost 9 years. Prior to his involvement in the restaurant industry, Robb spent 17 years in the commercial insurance arena in various production, management, and ownership roles.
Robb is a graduate of Liberty University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Religion. He was also awarded a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership degree by Regent University.
Robb is married to Leslie Vaughn (née). They are excited to be
celebrating 39 years of marriage this year. Robb and Leslie are blessed to be the parents to 4 children and grandparents to 7 grandchildren. In his spare time, Robb enjoys sailing, cycling and good Dominican cigars . . . not necessarily all at the same time or in that order.
